We stand behind what we make. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right. Please read the policy below before initiating a return, refund, or exchange.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

Item is unworn and unwashed

Item has all original tags attached

Item is in its original condition, free from damage, alterations, or signs of use

Return is initiated within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at info@firefornow.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.
Do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Standard return shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): $8.00
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Prefer to drop it off in person? We offer free local pickup and drop-off at our Lantana, FL location. Contact us at info@firefornow.com to arrange a drop-off time before bringing your item in.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 3–5 business days. You will be notified by email once your return has been reviewed.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow the following timeframes after approval:

Credit and debit cards: 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer

Other payment methods: timeframes vary; contact your provider for details
If your return is not approved (e.g., item does not meet return conditions), we will notify you by email. The item will be shipped back to you at your expense, or held for local pickup.
We do not issue refunds in the form of store credit or gift cards. All approved refunds are returned to the original payment method only.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. Exchange items must meet the same return conditions listed above (unworn, unwashed, tags attached, within 14 days of delivery).
Exchange Shipping
Exchanges require a $4.00 shipping fee each way, for a total of $8.00. This covers USPS Ground Advantage for both the inbound and outbound shipment.

Total exchange shipping: $8.00
Exchange shipping fees are collected at the time the exchange is confirmed. If your preferred size or color is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a refund instead.
How to Initiate an Exchange
Email us at info@firefornow.com with your order number, the item you’d like to exchange, and what you’re looking for (size, color). We’ll confirm availability and send next steps.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@firefornow.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
In these cases, we will cover all shipping costs and either replace the item or issue a full refund — your choice. We do not require you to return damaged items unless specifically requested.
